Why Attend

The challenge facing every IT leader in the financial services sector is to innovate and develop technology systems for new products and market share. This has to be done in the face of continued operational, compliance and workforce obligations to “keep the lights on.” Keeping the right balance between innovation spending and operational and regulatory commitments is the leading concern amongst over 100 recently polled IT leaders. Our previous event at the Jumeirah Essex House in New York in June 2008 was a clear illustration of the benefit of professional and organised peer-to-peer-networking amongst C-Level IT management.

The FST Summit 2010 in March will serve as an arena for senior level executives to engage in clear and focused dialogue with their peers to examine their technology and management objectives in a relaxed and vibrant environment.

Technology executives will meet with up to 50 like minded peers and have ample formal and informal opportunity to network.

Technology executives will listen and participate in a highly skilled workshop and roundtable program.  Delegates benefit from a balanced array of opinion.

Technology executives will engage in four pre-selected business meetings per day with solution providers who understand their position in the market.

Whilst there are a select group of sponsors in attendance, the program is designed with the end user in mind.  The delegate attendance is comprised of the most well respected executives in the financial services industry, and the meetings are designed to surpass the traditional exchange of business cards and allow executives to communicate on a personal level.

Testimonials

"What surprised me was the value that I got from the one on one meetings with vendors. I came to network with my peers but a few new relationships were surprising. I can be pretty tough to reach at the office and that can sometimes work against me…"
