How do I select my personal itinerary?
A web-based, password protected, selection system offers delegates and suppliers the complete range of activities on board 6-8 weeks before the event. Both delegates and suppliers may, in confidence, bar those they don't want to meet.
How do I arrange additional meetings?
There will be 10 GDS business executives onsite at the event with excellent industry knowledge and the sole purpose of creating meeting opportunities. GDS staff will also endeavor to arrange press meetings upon request.
What networking opportunities are available at the forum?
There is free time set aside at the event. The Jumeirah Essex House is a luxurious midtown New York hotel, located on prestigious Central Park South and just moments from Broadway. Countless New York City attractions are conveniently located within easy walking distance.
Dress code?
For all business and social activities smart, casual dress suitable for business discussion is requested.
How do I prepare for my meetings?
You will work with GDS analysts on developing your itinerary from the moment of your booking. You receive your provisional itinerary some 2 weeks before the event. Your itinerary is based on the choices you have made. You will have selected meetings based on full profiles of companies and their executives attending.
Are spouses/partners invited?
No. The event is strictly business. Every attempt is made on our end to ensure that all participants enjoy a focused environment without distraction. Extra room charges are at participant’s expense.
